Infrastructure Accessories & Fabrication Services
Our Infrastructure Accessories and Fabrication services are designed to enhance data centre performance. We provide and install doors, high security in row storage, blanking panels, equipment trays, passive and active drop-down roofs, as well as data cabling solutions. In addition, we design and manufacture underfloor power boxes and PDU brackets, ensuring robust, tailored solutions that align with client specifications and industry standard.
UPACS Modular CAC
DCE’s Universal Physical Aisle Containment System, is the ideal bespoke solution for your Cold Aisle Containment needs, focussing on improving cooling efficiency, reducing energy consumption and enhancing overall data centre performance, which ensures the ideal separation of the cold air supply from the hot exhaust air, thereby giving the added benefit of higher return air temperatures, improved cooling capacity, which unlocks the potential for increased rack densities.
Racking
The racks supplied by DEC are designed with optimal airfl ow in mind because proper cooling ensures performance and longevity of IT equipment, as overheated servers can cause system failures and untimely outages, which can negatively impact business operations. To further enhance the cooling effi ciency, DCE offers additional accessories like blanking panels, cooling fans, and cable management options. By using these accessories, data centres can avoid hot spots that could lead to hardware malfunctions and improve the overall energy efficiency.
Standard CAC
By utilising a flexible, standards-based approach to design and installation, our Standard Series helps operators to quickly scale or retrofit their facility with a solution that drives both performance and energy efficiency.
The Standard Series products utilise high-quality materials with standardised sizes to minimise lead times, allowing customers to meet demanding timescales with a reliable solution. DCE has also taken the guesswork out of choosing a containment solution, with the Standard Series customers can select from a number of options.
Installation Services
Our Installation Services encompass a full range containment solutions designed to support resilient and scalable data centre operations. DCE are able to install any manufacturers Racks, as well as providing modification of existing CAC infrastructure, design and deployment of bespoke modular CAC systems, and integration of CAC on new racking to align with evolving client requirements. In addition, our services include the supply and installation of cable containment, installation of wire basket systems, and fibre duct installation. All works are delivered in accordance with industry best practice and standards, ensuring compliance, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency.
Hot Aisle Containment HAC
By separating airflows, our hot and cold aisle containment systems provide the ideal environment for your servers, guaranteeing improved performance alongside lower energy costs. Our hot aisle containment solution redirects the naturally rising hot air generated by servers, preventing hot air recirculation, and increasing cooling efficiency within the CRAC unit. This can be offered as a stand alone solution, if required.
By ensuring that hot exhaust air reaches the CRAC at the highest possible temperature, the CRAC unit operates more efficiently, enhancing its cooling tonnage. This efficiency translates into significant cost savings over time.
